Delivery times
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Our delivery time is a combination of handling time and transit time:
- Handling time: 0-3 working days
- Transit time: 1-2 working days
Shipping and Tracking
A shipping fee of GBP 3,99 is added for orders under GBP 29. For orders over GBP 29, shipping is free.
Laytime and Unclaimed Packages
When delivering to an agent, the package must be collected within 14 days. If the package is not collected within this time, it will be returned to us. A handling fee of GBP 30 is charged to cover costs for return shipping and handling. Reimbursement of the remaining amount takes place when the package is received by us.
